  • I cannot describe how thankful I am that we found Dr. Fisch and his staff at Green Valley Fertility Partners! We had first gone to a larger fertility clinic out west and the experience was just horrible. We would have to wait an hour past our appointment time, every time, and it just felt like we were some number getting processed like the DMV. I was finally fed up when no one would communicate to me my outcome of a clomid cycle after several repeated ultrasounds and blood work. They also told us we would have to pay out of pocket for IVF (which we later found out wasn't true) and tried to get me to sell my eggs which I found really uncomfortable and like they were just in it for the money. Green Valley Fertility Partners is the complete opposite and exactly what we needed! We never waited probably more than 15 minutes for our appointments (and with IVF you have a lot of appointments). Dr. Fisch is so knowledgeable! He is very thorough and really wants you to be informed and understand. He always listened to us, respected our choices and addressed our concerns which really meant a lot to me. I know Dr. Fisch really cares about what he does. He spends so much time with his patients through consultations and at each appointment. He's the one doing the ultrasounds and every procedure not just an MA or tech. Also, after an egg retrieval he calls every few days with an update. Not the nurse or the MA, he takes time for each of his patients everyday, even Saturdays and Sundays. All of the staff there are great as well! I knew each of them by name and they knew me and everyone was so nice and supportive. I would call with a question and they would get me the answer right away and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Amy the head nurse is so knowledgeable and I trusted her a lot. Ivy, who does billing, explains everything so well even with all that insurance mumbo jumbo and really helped make the process less complicated. Sherice, who was always at the front desk, and Leah are both so sweet and I was so glad when Leah joined the team as she's great at blood draws (which are important when you're getting them so frequently). I think having a smaller office that wasn't so overwhelming made me less stressed out as well and helped us to achieve our pregnancy. They do all the procedures and blood draws there. The embryos are kept there which makes me feel better that it's not a crazy hectic office where there's high turnover or so busy and overwhelming that errors could be made. I definitely recommend anyone needing fertility services to visit Green Valley Fertility Partners to see the difference. Even if you've already started the process elsewhere it's beyond worth it when you're dealing with such important things!
