  • To all you Yelp users, please Do Not use him. I needed an existing reverse osmosis system replaced. An amount was agreed upon and when he came to replace the system, there was a defective part from the new system. I had to obtain the new part and I was notified that he would return the next day or after to replace the defective part. Later, I receive an email stating he's charging me for another day's labor. He never once texted or called me about the added cost. He just billed it to me via email. Maybe that's how people do business now a days, but for me I would always let someone know if there would be added charges. I had another project I wanted to complete before Summer but I will seek someone more transparent on their prices. This is not a fake review. Don't try to discredit me on the lack of communication on your part. Additionally, I received the original bill for $79.02 that you are stating I owe you in addition that I already paid you after your repair. However, after this post you are now charging me $109.02. Somehow, there is a billing error of $30. Shouldn't further charges be told to the consumer or should an independent contractor just charge whatever and expect payment because services were rendered? This is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. Good luck in your business sir.
