  • This is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in! The complex itself is disgusting, there seems to be no maintenance whatsoever. There is litter, and cigarette butts, and broken glass everywhere. Despite the terrible condition of the grounds, the parents that live here let their children run around outside screaming all the time. In my particular building, the kids love to entertain themselves by throwing rocks at the paper thin walls of my bedroom. When it's not that I hear through my walls, it's my upstairs neighbor beating his wife senseless. We've had to call the cops twice in two months! And when I went to the front office to report it, they already knew exactly which unit I was talking about because this is a common occurrence from them! But the worst noise pollution of all is probably the sketchy ice cream truck that drives through the complex multiple times a day playing the same annoying song on repeat as loud as possible. All things considered, the apartment itself isn't that bad...until you have a problem. The responsiveness of maintenance is nonexistent, you have to call at least three times to have your issue addressed. The roof in my master bath leaked for three days until someone came out. When my apartment was infested with ants I had to wait almost a week because "they only spray on Thursdays". Calling the leasing office to get information about anything is a complete nightmare. None of the leasing agents ever have any idea what they're talking about, and if you are given incorrect information they always blame it on that person being "new". I am so frustrated with this place that it's almost worth paying to break my lease. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
