  • It's a conveniently located store with a lot of great things to offer (saddles, tack and supplies, lunch foods, etc.) but damn are the people rude!! I've been in about 4 times now buying fly spray for my horse. I've seen different employees every time and they're rude as hell every single time! You don't get a hi, you walk up to the register to pay just to be rudely stared down and not have a word said to you as you pay. Never even get a thank you as I leave. I live between the Stock Shop and Out West but the Stock Shop is the opposite direction from the barn. I don't even care at this point, I'll back track and drive the few extra miles, get my supplies at The Stock Shop and get good customer service. I don't know how they expect to keep customers coming back when they make you feel uncomfortable and unwanted whenever you walk in.
