  • I've used Some Guys Pool Service for a couple of years. Foolish of me..... My pool for the last year has algae growing on it...... I've consistently asked that my pool be vacuumed every visit.... This is never done, nor should I have to ask at all. The Friday before Memorial Day my heater on my spa tricked off. Drew (the owner) said no problem, he'd take a look at it on Saturday. No one comes or calls on Saturday. I called and texted him on Saturday....... No response at all. Tuesday I receive a text from Drew stating, that he's been sick and playing catch up this week, and he'll try and be out there...... Another week goes by...... NO call, nor did anyone come by to look at the heater. How unprofessional. Obviously, I'm not longer using him...... Some Guys Pool Service is supposed to clean my filters..... My new guy looked at my pool pump and said my pump is about to explode because it's SO FILTHY and hasn't been cleaned...... BEWARE of "Some Guys Pool Service"...... The two referrals that I gave him terminated him as well. One referral had to buy a whole new pool pump because the filters were never cleaned. Ridiculous.
