  • My car was fine before we brought it in for a standard $45 oil change on the Lincoln Service side on March 15, 2018. My son waited 4 hours for an oil change! They gave it to him complimentary. Within a mile of leaving the car started rumbling and shaking really bad. Ended up with a ton of repairs over $1500!! They gave a 20 year old a 2016 or 2017 Lincoln MKX loaner without even talking to me. It is now 3/20/18 and my car is still not ready. I will NEVER by another Ford/Lincoln. I don't want to use the service again either. Problem is that there are 2 recalls on the airbags and another feature. I was told that parts won't even be ready till November 2018 because the supplier of the defective parts has filed for bankruptcy! What a scam! I am so upset and feel taken advantage of. The estimate invoice was incorrect several times too and i had to keep calling them while i was working.
