  • Transferred all our embryos from CA. Weren't given foot input on total costs and billed just under $1k almost a year after our last service!!! The billing person Bianca was VERY RUDE and VERY CONDESCENDING on the phone. We lost 2 very viable embryos at this facility. One cycle of ivf that didn't take and another cycle resulting in a miscarriage. They didn't do any prep to get me ready for the transfer and didn't closely monitor me up to and throughout my cycle. We ended up transferring everything left over to another facility and the remaining embryos were damaged!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this facility!!!
