  • I have never in my life had such a Horrific experience with a moving company! I had been scheduled for them to move me today , in the miserable Arizona summer so I couldn't do the move myself . These guys never showed up! They make all kinds of promises on the phone and then never showed up the day of, which is today ! They completely stranded me . I called yesterday afternoon to confirm, and they said we are all set for 730 am today. At 745 am I called them to ask if they were on their way, as they were late . No answer . I kept calling their business number , and Charles texted me to not call him and only to text! I texted multiple times and tried calling again, as I was in a complete panic . They shut off their phones and left me completely stranded on moving day, today . I somehow got another fabulous moving company out here just now , in a total emergency ! Tom, Rocky, and Zach of Arizona Brothers moving company saved the day . Do not buy the C2 company's Groupon, and do not listen to Charles make promises to you about their customer service because the company never actually shows up to the job. It is no almost 1230 and they never even called to say they aren't coming. Just complete and total ghosting on moving day !
