  • Incredibly inconsistent customer service. Last year my backpack had a tear in it; they let me swap it out! Not today. A girlfriend of mine got the same pants as I did at Christmas and was having issues with them rolling at the waist. The store swapped them out for her. I was having the same issue with a pair of pants I also got for Christmas and they basically told me too bad. I also didn't appreciate being talked to like an idiot. Incredibly disappointing experience with a company I love.
