  • I used to love Tamari, particularly for their happy hour and was very disappointed when they closed. I thought I would give Pan a try though but I was really disappointed. Maybe it was the things I had, but I just did not have a good experience. Their fish in their sushi just didn't taste fresh to me and it wasn't good. I also tried some sort of short ribs and the sauce was on too thick and was sickly sweet. There was one tofu dish I had that was pretty good, but that was about it. The drinks were ok but the service was pretty slow and inconsistent. It also seems a bit overpriced and doesn't have the same nice happy hour deals that Tamari was known for.
