  • This is my daughters 3rd appt her and I will NEVER come back. I arrived for her appt 15 min early. Her appt was scheduled for 3pm. She didn't get called back for her appt until 3:50! To top it off...the 3 people at the front were very rude. They never greeted us and acted as if we were doing them a favor by being here! When speaking to us they barely looked up!! They ate, they drank, and they laughed (loudly) at inside jokes in front of a lobby full of customers that had ALL been waiting over 1/2 an hour past their appts. This has happened at every appt!! It's really sad because we have been happy with their work and everyone is professional once you get past the front!! It's just getting past the front reception area that's the hard part! You know it's bad when you pull up to an establishment and have to deep breath for a few seconds just to go inside. There are too many professional dentist offices in the Charlotte / Concord area that would love my family's business (money). Not dealing with this nonsense again! Good luck!
