It is the SECOND time they gave me the wrong drink. I checked, I didn't take some other person's drink - both had my name on them. See, my habit is to place an order via my phone and pick my drink up in store. Then I would drive home to work. Sounds convenient and loved the feature until they started giving me the WRONG drink. My 2-pump vanilla latte became some overly sweet gingerbread latte or something. My hot chocolate wasn't even a hot chocolate. Of course, you'd think I learned my lesson after the first time to taste my drink before leaving the store. But hey, both drinks were very hot when I picked them up and why is the burden to make sure my drink was the way I ordered it and paid for it on ME?
So I'm stuck with the gingerbread or god-knows-what super sweet latte. And I'm not going to drive all the way back to the store just to have them make things right -- I have better things to do and a deadline to make.
