  • We have always been impressed with the staff at the few Lulu locations we have visited but today at the Biltmore was an exceptional experience. Theresa was so knowledgeable and patient with my 14 year old daughter. She was spending her own money and had dwelled over the decision to finally buy full price leggings. We had been to the outlet several times but could never find ones she loved enough to blow her gift card on! I know Theresa knew this was not going to be a BIG sale money wise and I knew she sensed we were NOT regulars! She did however sense thus was a HUGE EVENT for my daughter and she amazed us with her attention and patience. We often can hardly find customer service these days but my girl will forever remember today. Thanks Theresa and Alex!
