Why bother checking in ahead of time? I'm usually waiting for one of the two on-duty stylists to get done with usually walk-ins before they get to me. I check in so I don't have to sit around and wait, but I do anyway, because taking the time to make an appointment means apparently nothing. I go here because it's slightly less annoying than the other places nearby. I just need to suck it up and time my haircuts when I go back to my hometown. As for the actual cut, it's fine. Julio does a god job and the hot towel is a nice touch. But to the other employees, please don't basically tell me this is your first real job. Doesn't inspire confidence.
