  • Great location! Customer service extremely poor! We were promised the American Girl doll experience for my daughter's 10 year old birthday and they had no record of the the request therefore denied us saying they needed 48 hours notice. It wasn't like we had guests, it was just our family of 5. The restaurant was unable to serve us adequately after our arrival after 8 the same evening. We didn't want to go out the weather was bad...Breakfast was a huge disappoinment...We came down at 11:30 and were told breakfast is over at noon...I then said can we order lunch, I was then told lunch doesn't start until noon. A whole 30 min between breakfast and lunch and you made the choice not to serve us at all! Never! Unbelievable! And totally unacceptable!
