  • I am so unhappy by the dishonesty of this tow company that when I was in an accident on 6/30 I refused to let them tow my car. I was in an accident on 2/26 and the car was drivable however it did have a dead battery and needed a jump start. The tow driver offered to give me a jump start hooked up the jumper cables. He flipped a switch and said that the car would not start he said something about a computer being shut off and needed to be reset when the Collision Repair was done. Me not knowing any better told him to go ahead and tow it. When I got it to the Collision Center, come to find out that there was no computer that needed to be reset. The Collision Center jump started it just fine and at the switch that the tow truck driver was flipping was him turning the battery power off so it had to be towed so he could get the tow. In addition when he did tow, it he had to pop it out of gear and the rubber stopper that covers the manual gear pop function was removed and never replaced. Now I have a deep hole next to my gear shifter where the little rubber stopper should have been put back in by the tow driver who just didn't care. Granted it's a cheap $10 part but that's not really the point. Over this little $10 part and the drivers dishonesty they lost a customer and in gained a bad review.
