  • My Wife and I rented from this company for 3 years and they are excellent. The tenant portal website is super easy to use and the maintenance request option is awesome. They always sent professionals within 2 days of processing and didn't hassle us when the washer broke, after the repair guy told them it needed to be replaced we had a new one the next day! In the final year of our lease our contact was changed to Cheri Camarena and she is super polite and professional. We're excited to position our selves to purchase a home and won't consider using anyone else.
