rev:text	I am extremely disappointed at the level of customer service received at this store not once but twice now. I own a few Handbags and I will never purchase anything from this location ever again! I'm in corporate America and know how people should be treated!! My husband and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary and he surprised me by taking me to the Ritz Carlton in Tucson. We visited the Louis Vuitton store there and purchased a reversed belt for me. We came home and when I tried it on it looked too big on me. I went this past Thursday between 7pm-7:15pm to the Scottsdale location to be told "we don't do exchanges" I had my receipt, the bag and the cute box it was wrapped in. The guy took the belt to his Manager and made me feel like i was trying to return a fake and heard i wanted a bigger size. Obviously he wasn't listening.. The manager brought the belt back to the guy and the guy went to the back to get a bigger size. I did not exchange the belt and when I left there were some people laughing and at that point I didn't care! I just wanted to get out of that store!! Once the guy put the belt back in the box I took it in, he apologized and said who folded this receipt like this, it was tri-folded and he said it should be double folded. At that point I didn't care!! And to speak negative about a peer at a different store is so unprofessional. I will be going to Tucson or Southern California where all of my family lives before i go to the Scottsdale location. It is so sad that people feel the need to treat people this way!! I will never shop at this store ever again and will make sure all of my family never shops at this location.
