  • I visited Capital Grille a couple months ago for the first time with family to celebrate my birthday, and I could not have asked for a better dining experience. Our server Eric provided phenomenal service, and was the perfect mix of helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We also sat at a window table with a great view of the strip, which was a nice addition to Our experience. As for the food... It was, hands down, the best meal of my entire life! We started off with an appetizer of Pan Fried Calamari and a round of delicious Stoli Dolis. From there we enjoyed the shareable Lobster Mac N Cheese and grilled asparagus. All of these items were delicious, but the main course of Porcini Rubbed Delmonico Steak blew them all away! It was hot, juicy, delicious, and truly an exceptional dish. I can not wait to celebrate my next special occasion at what, in one night, became my favorite restaurant in the world!
