If I could give less than one star I would!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My air has been out all week. Tues morning they say they will be there close to noon, at 4:45 I call them to find out what's up. I get a creative story about the tech overheating and sent home . ( after being told repeatedly that he had already been to my house) I can assure after cancelling all my appts and sitting in a sweat box that they were not there. Story changes to he overheated but we promise, promise, promise he will be there between 5-6am.. I get up at 4:30 am and get ready for..... NO CALL NO SHOW. When I call at 9 he is uh, uh, uh on his way... Reschedule with tech directly. He says I will be THERE on Sat as soon as I am done with a few small jobs. He asked if I could call and remind him twice on Sat just to be sure.. ( interesting but whatever.. I need air fixed) NO CALL NO SHOW, NO ANSWER ON PHONE NO ANSWER ON TEXT!!!!
Home Warranty made me use this horrible company who has no idea of the do what you say when you say your going to do it!! They don't give a rats about their customers, their reputation or have any concept about customer service!!!
DO NOT USE SCHAFER AND SONS!!!!!
Ps: this was a redo because the first time they came out they did not fix the problem!!! Ugggggggggggg
PPS: I have a $500. Elec bill because the air is always running.. Leave it running they say, we will be there they say!!!
