  • As an esthetician and a princess, I love Sally's. It is a great place for everything a girl would need. The store was clean and organized well. It is always easy to find what you are looking for. I just can't get passed the customer service and the lack of knowledge these girls have. I walked in and got a hello from them, but it came with a frown. It seemed like they were annoyed that I interrupted their conversation and they didn't want to pause for me. Someone came in after me and got the same response. They went to ask the girls a question about hair and didn't really get a good answer. One of the girls led them to hair care, but wasn't very helpful and seemed to be impatient. It didn't seem like she even knew what she was talking about. Seriously, how many times can one person use the word "um"? Not professional, not friendly, not helpful. I will not be returning to this location.
