| - So this is really sad because this place seemed really cool. This is my sisters experience: I have been to this place Multiple times before and have had an ok time. This last time I went I was grabbed from my table by a waitress to go talk to the bartender or manager, not sure. To be told that the guy I was with wasn't tipping the right amount. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable already by being pulled aside in such an unprofessional matter, and then I'm told that! So I go back to the table and tell the guy I'm with what I was told, like some messenger owl.... He gets extremely upset, rightfully so, and tells them take the tip and that we would never come back. They said no it's fine, and he said no just take it, they decline. So he says fine don't take it, and I'm not coming back. I, having a few drinks in me, want to come back because I liked it, put the $11 dollar tip on the counter, and leave. I regret that now. Then the next day, he checks his card and they fraudulently charged the 20% anyways on top of my cash!!!!! Horrible beyond horrible experience! Not to mention the first time we went we were overcharged for drinks, but nothing tops this. Unless you are there to see the piano's, don't buy drinks, and don't go.
