  • I go to this location at least once a week and usually they are great. I went there today and got a bowl with white rice black beans and steak. The rice was hard like it wasn't cooked all the way. I called them just to let them know and the gentleman I was on the phone with said "I'm eating the rice right now and it's fine to me" and then said thank you and hung up. I didn't want free food from this but I would have appreciated to have been taken care of like a customer who did or at least not have made me feel dumb for letting him know about the rice..
