  • I have been going to lover nails for a long time (6+ years) and lately not happy with the service. I have been a loyal customer, and don't let anyone but Tony do my nails. Lately, Every time I get the gel, it chips within a few days. I am always charged a different price each time I go in lately. This time I got gel, and something went wrong after it "cured" under the UV lights. Tony tried fixing it by putting a different gel on top of what already looked like crap. They were ok for the first couple of hours, but then they were completely cracked and the polish was smeared everywhere and gel literally peeled/chipped off. I wasn't able to go back in to the salon until the next day . I walked in 30 minutes before they closed to have them fix it and I was told NO, because they have to get out of there. Now I have to work all week with my nails looking like shit, because I can't get here during the week.. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere... And now I will have to PAY someone else to fix the shitty job that was done at Lover Nails.. Not very good customer service... They are all about the money!
