This place was on my list of cocktail bars to stop by and check out. It's not in a neighbourhood I would normally go to but I made a conscious effort to go on a warm Sunday afternoon. The two gentleman working were nice, personable and accommodating. The cocktail menu was decent in selections. The cocktails themselves, though good, wouldn't hold up to cocktails from Linwood Essentials or The Spirit House. They lacked the experimental feel you get from some of the other top cocktail places in Toronto. I don't hold this against them. The are right in the heart of Toronto's LGBT community and a great " party " local. I doubt they would have the time to make cocktails that required the time some of the more involved cocktails can require. That said I have been to bars that claim to be cocktail bars that serve utter garbage for drinks. Not here. The simpleness of their selections does not take away from the deliciousness. This place was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. I can only imagine it on a Friday or Saturday. If your in the neighbourhood and want a cool place to enjoy tasty cocktails I would recommend checking out the Boutique Bar. BTW try The Capri :)
