Out of money, sad and older is all I am after only two failed cycles of IUI. Spent thousands of dollars on meds that I never even needed and can't be returned. I felt rushed through the first cycle like it was a practice round. The second cycle showed me how poor the communication was with the staff and also that I was not one of the patients that gets to be friends with them. Shalena at the front desk was particularly insensitive. I would expect better guest service at a grocery store. They need to put themselves in their patients' shoes and understand that for many of us this is the most difficult and stressful time in our lives. Maybe IVF Phoenix has taken on too many patients to continue what others felt was a personalized experience.
My friends who were seeing another RE while I was seeing Dr. Couvaras felt nurtured, supported and heard. They just gave birth to their son 3 days ago.
