  • Horrible way to Operate a Business! Called Friday to schedule an appointment gave my insurance for them to verify. When the receptionist called me back she said I would have to pay out of my pocket for my contact fitting, (even though my insurance covered it)! I said no thanks I'll cancel. She never called my ins to cancel my authorization so when I went to a REAL Eye Dr who DIDNT over charge I couldn't see them because of this office practices!! I would never recommend them!!
