  • Beyond disappointed. ARTWEAR EMBROIDERY is the rudest place I've ever been to!!! I ordered a good amount of shirts , came to pick them up after not even receiving a call to say that they were ready , and to my surprise all of my shirts were missing a part I paid for . I spoke with a worker in regards to the matter, he then stated that I owed him more money for something I'd already paid for ! After about 10 minutes her gave me a lower price however that still wasn't comforting to me givin the fact that I'd already paid for my Shirts in full! When I explained that ,a woman(the owner ) says either pay or we arebt fixing anything ! Excuse me but I paid a lot of money and this is what you do to a customer ? . This is my first time doing a large event for those suffering and this the experience I have to remember . Thanks for nothing !
