  • First of all when I called to ask the girl on the phone how much it would cost me to have my air ducts cleaned, she did not mention that there is a service charge of $15.00 just to come out to my house and she did not mention that they will be charging sales tax. Second of all I was told that to clean my air ducts it would only cost $9.99 per vent. I have 7 vents so I was thinking it would only cost me around $70.00. IT ENDED UP COSTING ME $400.00 and that was a 50% discount!!!!! Ha!!! I was not told that I have trunk lines. What the heck are trunk lines???? Apparently I have 4 of them and they are $34.99 a piece. Than I was told since my son has asthma that they highly recommend some fog and sanitizer. OMG!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!! When I totaled everything up including the sales tax it comes up to $516.76! I was lied to because I DID NOT RECEIVE A 50% DISCOUNT!!!!. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!
