  • I came in to exchange a defected frame...ended up straight returning it. Just a friendly piece of advice: If the Asian girl who was first in line happens to be standing just outside the NOT designated waiting area, don't make her go to the back of the line without asking first. So disappointing, because I just moved into town and have an entire house to decorate. Since I really try to support local stores, hopefully Michael's will have a similar selection and better customer service.
