About a week and a half ago I had a tune up and brake job done at Tom's. I then left on a trip of about 400 miles each way. On the trip home I started hearing a noise coming from the rear of the car. After driving a while it got worse and I found out that it was coming from the left rear of the car Upon inspection I found out that I was rubbing metal on metal on the rear brake rotor. When I got home I took the car back to Tom's and after looking at it, Tom said that the pad had fallen off and I was rubbing the rotor with the medal in the caleper. Tom told me that this happens although not that often. Tom took the car in the very next day and did a complete new brake job on the car and then delivered it to my home at NO cost to me. I have been dealing with Tom's since moving here nine years ago and would consider taking the car to NO ONE else.
