I like my Honda CRV for the most part (the blue tooth works very poorly; when I ask it to call someone; it only gets it right about 50% of the time.) Anyway, I bought the car in January of 2016. Troy was my sakeperson and he was nice enough, but everyone else there that I have encountered have been terrible. (The finance manager obviously makes big money trying to sell overpriced extended warranties.) The worst part of the dealership is the service department. I have been there twice with an appointment for an oil change and have waited over 2 hours. When I complained this last time and asked why it was taking so long, I was told that they had a lot of walk-in customers that day. So that's how they treat customers with an appointment? I asked them about their business model.... why should I get my oil changed there when I can get it done in a quarter of the time at Jiffy Lube or another place like that? I was told I wouldn't get the Honda 12 point inspection anywhere else. I don't for a minute think they are doing anything so special that I should have to wait for almost 3 hours. I will never go back there for service. I had a low tire that I'm pretty sure they ruined with a bad patch; I ended up replacing the whole tire.
