| - On 01/25/2016, Manager Kim seems to Always be rude with a chip on her shoulder. This is my 4th trip to Cleveland at this same hotel, that my employer Cleveland Clinic recommends as they pay for it. Knowing Cleveland Clinics reputation, you would think by now, they should know my travel arrangements! I don't fuss, I go to work and come back to the hotel to sleep. That's all this hotel is for, a place to rest and take a bath. I'd probably be better off at some hostel, then to have to deal with a snotty, rude manager. If you don't like what you do, then find another job. You are in the customer service industry, show some customer service! Trust me, I know fake when I see it, and she is 100% fake (that's not customer service, that's ass kissing to keep your job) Other than Kim, the rest of the staff remembered me and we're pleasant as always! *****5 stars to the entire Embassy Suites at Rockside.... minus the manager Kim, she gets 1/2 a star...why you ask, well she handed me a paper to give to my employer and that's about it!
