  • Don't give me wrong, this is a very nice dealership...however, the service area needs some updating. There is no greeter, you don't know where to go.. we ended up just parking and walking down to the office to "check in" but ended up being told to wait for the service advisor that we had made an appointment with. We came in for a service recall and was told it should only take an hour. Almost two hours later, we found ourselves walking back to our service advisor's office to check and see when we should expect to get our car back. Right when he sees us, he says our car is ready! Well what do you know! The waiting area has plenty of seats. They also have a good variety of drinks available for you to choose from along with donuts! I wish I took an advantage of that area when I was there but we had just gotten lunch right before. Now I regret my decision of turning down that donut ): Other than that and the wait time, I think it's a great dealership location and will definitely be taking my baby here again.
