I've had such a headache that I decided to take a break before revisiting the full story again.
These guys stole a piece of my furniture. They said they will store it for me but would not provide a picture so I can sell it myself (they said they were too busy...to snap a photo with a phone). I dealt with them for 6 MONTHS AFTER my move (the owner disappeared for 3 months). They couldn't even drop it off on the door step because...??? They claimed to be too busy to timely respond to emails so it sounds like business must have been great. I wonder why it took them 2 payments to reimburse me for a sum under $500.
Once I filed a complaint with the BBB they cancelled the payment the same morning and wanted me to sign a contract to not bad mouth them online. Why Chris? I did sign the letter and the witness' signature is my dog (lol). The greatest thing is that the 2nd payment's transaction date is after the date on the contract, thus, making is invalid. If you're going to try and get legal on someone, don't be an idiot.
Their homestars rating is a bigger lie than Nikki Minaj's ass. Save the headache. I'm leaving out the unbelievably unprofessional and nasty email that was sent to me by the owner, Chris, just because this should be enough for you to make a smart decision. I wouldn't call for their help if it was free.
