  • GARBAGE! If I could give this place a zero I would, but even that would be too high of a number for the services I received today. Decided to give them a try since my normal tech was booked this week. Biggest mistake. The minute I arrived I knew it was not going to be a good experience. The young woman at the front desk was cold rude and made me feel like they were annoyed I was there. The entire staff looked at me and not one person said hello or made me feel welcomed. It was like I entered the Twilight Zone. Of course I get Derrick which was the worst nail tech ever. He never said one word to me the entire time. He never filed my nails. I couldn't believe it. He never removed all of my old nail polish because you can still see it! Not what I would have expected for "Beachwood". I have had better service from the nail shops located inside of Walmart. This is not a classy place to get your nails done ladies. There was no pampering nothing that made me ever want to ever come back here.
