  • Female agent at hertz was very unprofessional and snobby so we went online n found e-z. Made the reservation at 10am, waked over to e-z at 10:01am. We were assisted by Marie, whom was very friendly n informative. She not only provided great customer service with a smile...she offered us a free upgrade because they were out of the vehicle we reserved. Vehicle is in great shape too. Not pushy at all when it came to insurance. We re happy customers. Highly recommended! :-)
