  • After booking on the phone and getting a high pressure timeshare giveaway at the end, we arrived at 1 am only to get assigned a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned. Even that late I couldn't bring myself to stay in it. Trucked down at 1:30 to get a "clean" room. Moved across the hall, saw clean sheets and went to bed. This morning I am horrified I slept here... curtains look like buckshot went through them, carpet looks like it has a chalk outline of the last schmuck who stayed here, mold in tub, burn hole in "smoke free" bedspread, hole in carpet under sink. Why would a company bother to put in a granite countertop before fixing the other stuff is beyond me. I talked to front desk staff this morning. Showed the room and got an apology saying renovations are coming. If all of the rooms are like the one we got (hotel was practically empty) they need to CLOSE until that happens. Sleep in your car before you sleep here.
