rev:text	Well, the good customer relationship I have had with Harkins in Denver and now Phoenix has flown out the window. Today I was going to go to a movie at Estrella Falls 16. I arrived about 40 minutes prior to showing time. Got in line and was soon at the ticket window. I stated the movie I wished to view, I was told to select a seat. There were only 3 seats left, all in the third row (not my favorite place to sit). I chose the 3rd seat, gave my money to the young man. He took a few seconds then said, 'oh, those seats have been taken". What, I selected the seat, it went out on the screen, now I do not have the seat. I asked how that could be, he stated that maybe someone on line took it. I am right there, I select a seat, then it is taken away by someone on line...crazy. I did not expect this from Harkins, but now I will certainly not attend any more movies at this theater. Bad customer service, very bad, drove all that way for nothing. BOOOOO.....Harkins.
