  • If you need service or repairs, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This used to be a good shop with great service, but now that they've become successful, they apparently can't be bothered to provide customer service anymore. If you want to spend thousands of dollars on an overpriced downhill bike, this is the place for you. Otherwise, all you get is attitude. Skip this shop.
