  • The quality at this location has really declined in the last year. The addition of the kiosk has helped speed up the ordering process, but the actual food assembly, especially on the delivery orders, totally "sucks". Panera would be wise to send in a secret shopper. I'm certain this is below the quality standards set forth by the organization.
