  • I didn't use this for myself but had to call them for my company to pick up an employee. They told me 20 minutes. 59 minutes later I called back and they told me 10 more minutes. 20 minutes after that I called again and they told me 8 minutes and gave me a cab number. It's currently been 15 minutes and still no cab. I'll be looking into a new company to contract with.
