rev:text	If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. We've only been in the home we rented for a month now and have had nothing but issues. The sprinklers stopped working, they came and fixed that super fast thankfully. Then the fridge compressor was going out so it was constantly running and VERY loud. It jacked our power bill up pretty high for the month too, as Nicklin took forever to get it replaced. The fridge was very old and very small as it is. We FINALLY get them to come out and replace it, only to find that it was MUCH smaller and lacked an ice maker. We didn't get a fridge comparable to the one we previously had. As we called them to make this complaint and bring it to their attention we were told they wouldn't do anything about it. Had I known we were going to get this TINY of a fridge we probably wouldn't of rented in the first place. There are NO upgrades in this home, which isn't an issue but when something does break we should get something similar to what was there. Especially in size. I'm worried now that our a\c is making a ton of noise that they will want to replace it with a swamp cooler. They should stop being cheap and unfair and RUDE and do what they need to do. Fed up with this place already. Will NEVER ever ever recommend to anyone.
