  • I called prior to heading out to this location. I told them I can be there in 5 minutes and what the wait time and service time would be for an oil change. They said they will take me I. Right alway. Drive down there and when I checked in, they now told me they don't know how long it will be and to have a seat. Wanted to have my daughters truck serviced so I don't have to worry about her transportation while attending GCU. Not only was he rude, gave no explanation as to the reason for the delay now (Other then, tell me what he needed to tell me to get me down there.). They were disingenuous and a waste of time. Would think twice before I do business with a location that operates this way. I say this location, because I have all my vehicles serviced by Pep Boys and have had excellent experiences. As I write this I am at the Pep Boys in Glendale having the truck serviced and having an excellent professional experience.
