  • I love Matts Big Breakfast but this location isn't the same as the one I go in downtown Phoenix. They don't have any hash browns which is a must have every time I go to Matts. The toast here was not even warm my butter didn't even melt (wtf)? It looked like they were pre toasting the bread to save time. I asked the waitress and she said it's what they do since it gets so "busy". I've seen the original location twice as "busy" as this place but they don't half assed on their quality. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the downtown location.
