  • Fantastic overall experience! AC out at the rental and Jon was called in after another failed attempt with the worthless home warranty company. Jon called within 15 minutes of arrival, which was exactly as scheduled. He quickly confirmed the problem, our 20+ year old AC was beyond repair. He provided a written estimate which was quickly approved and he was back within 24 hours prying the dead AC off the roof. He was all done by noon with a new AC and digital thermostat! The cool air was instantlt felt. He mentioned that the monthly electric bill should be much lower since the old AC had a sear(sp?)of 8 and the new one is 14!! This thing will pay for itself in no time. Jon is professional, courteous, explains technical terms with ease and is just a cool / good man. Thanks Jon! We couldn't be happier.
