  • I lived in this complex for two years with little to no issue. The apartments are overpriced for what you get but you really can't argue with the location itself. The issue came when it was time to move out. I moved out and was told I had no fee's due. 5 Months later I received a call from a collection company informing me that I owed 330 dollars. Collin in the front office (not sure of his normal title) was the rudest individual that I have ever dealt with in any other business. He constantly talked over me and referred to me as "man" several times even though I asked him to not speak to me in that manner. If I where him I would learn how to deal with customers. I would have gladly worked with the company to resolve this issue had this (for the lack of a better term) punk not had stepped in.
