Horrible experience!
I rented a 5 person tent and two sleeping pads for a 400 mile bike trip. I specified the day before for delivery and got it at 7pm that day. I was leaving early the next day so I didn't have time to setup the tent to check it. Well they shipped me a broken tent. In what way does repairing fiberglass poles with electrical tape constitute an acceptable fix?
So on the trip , I had to rent a different tent and so doubled my cost.
Lower gear never responded to my email nor to the note I included when I shipped it back. I am now disputing the cost with them as receiving a broken tent is not acceptable.
