  • This place is not good for after hours emergencies. I can't quantify the value of their work as I cancelled and went with someone else who was able to respond to my emergency. I called and the lady said it would be several hours before someone could come out and suggested that I shut my own unit down (want to point out legally she shouldn't be giving advice). I gave her my house address 4 times and when I called to cancel my appointment I had found that she still hadn't put it in right. When I told her my water heater was leaking everywhere and that there was no way for her to find out when someone to come out she suggested I call the fire dept to come out. Not that was a bad idea but I would hate to take away service response people from life threatening emergencies. In all honesty after this experience I won't ever be calling them again
