The reviews with 5 stars are obviously employees or relatives of employees.
The practice is the same, wear you down til you cave.
I had my 10 month old baby with me and after several hours and 3 different sales people that's what I did. I caved and signed something I knew I was getting screwed on. Same old tricks of not answering questions without dancing around numbers etc. They will focus you on monthly payments and avoid telling you directly how much you are actually buying the car for.
It is very unethical to say the least.
After reviewing my "Deal" a couple days later I see that I owe $26k on the note after trading in a car with $4k equity so I paid $30k for a 2016 dodge Caravan. I got screwed and will tell as many people as possible to avoid this place.
